Matrix and Mastodon inactive-account cleanup
We will remove Matrix users and Mastodon users who have not logged in since April 1, 2025.

Deletion will happen on or soon after June 1, 2026 at 00:00 UTC.
If you want to keep your account, please log in at least once before the deletion time.
This cleanup is intended to reduce wasted system resources and help us keep the services healthy.

Newsletter service review
We are reviewing the newsletter service and may discontinue it.
We may shift updates to online posts on nzcow.com and social media channels.
We will send another update once this review is complete.

VPN migration
Our current WireGuard service will be discontinued on or soon after May 1, 2026 at 00:00 UTC.
Existing users should register at: https://vpn.photonmark.com
After registration, please contact [email protected] so we can manually set up your account.
We will handle the remaining service term migration and provide new configuration files.
Current VPN server locations: Australia, Japan, USA. We are adding more locations, and you may choose the one that best suits you.
New VPN service highlights: dedicated IPv4 address for each client, IP change support through the client portal or by email, easy account management through the client portal, and more service features will be added over time.
To change your IP by email, send a message to the dedicated service email address with “change ip” in the subject line. The system will automatically update your IP and send new configuration files and QR codes to you.
To compensate for the disruption, existing customers will receive 1 extra month of the Individual package after the current service term ends, with up to 3 devices and 100 GB per month. After the terms end, including the extra 1 month, just pay using your credit card.
The WireGuard service is currently offering a free trial: 1 device, 2 hours, 500 MB total traffic, no payment required, no admin approval required, automatically released when the time or traffic limit is reached, and no credit card required.

We have launched commercial AI agent services including OpenClaw and Hermes.
OpenClaw is currently available at https://claw.photonmark.com
Hermes is available at https://hermes.photonmark.com
Hermes is currently manual setup only, so please contact us to get started.
OpenClaw gives you fast hosted instance creation, self-management in the portal, daily backups, managed credits or BYOK, and Telegram/WhatsApp self-linking.
